“The tap that we received recently was different to your advertised photograph but was exactly the same as the one we had already. When we checked the dimensions on your website we noticed that the tap received was the same as the one that we had received. We would of preferred the identical tap as shown in your advertised photograph.”

“All products arrived safely, however the special delivery is a bit of a waste of money, you don't really get to chose when your items are delivered. You only have a choice of two consecutive days, and no control of the time they get delivered!”
