“Orderering process very easyI was kept informed when the delivery might arrive. unfortunately the delivery people did not keep to the arranged time.”

“Pretty straight forward, chose the bathroom suit I wanted, I chose a number of different items to complete my bathroom. I was then given a tracking reference for the company delivering the items. The items were delivered on the day specified. The pallet was placed on my drive. The bundle was securely packed and covered in plastic to prevent any damage by rain or movement. All in all the whole process was easy.”

“Delivery was quick and they kept in touch with updates which is helpful. Haven’t opened the product yet as waiting for plumber. Only downside is they email me every day with offers, sometimes twice about the sale that will be ending that day and giving me a countdown to midnight. I am aware how time works. At least by responding to this email I may get less in the future and hopefully win a Tv with a clock on it. That way they’ll know for sure that I don’t need a countdown to midnight sent to me every day. Thanks James”

“User friendly website and straight forward checkout. Given wrong delivery date so I ended up having to take the day off for nothing losing money as I am self-employed. However; the actual delivery was complete and well within the specified time. The items look and feel very good quality. I would and have recommend Victoria Plumbing as the delivery was somewhat out of their hands.”

“Generally very good- bath and taps are nice quality and a great price! It would be helpful if return process could be made easier/cheaper. If large items are bring returned eg bath panels, you're left to yourself to find and pay for, a courier who can collect and with large items, the cost is high, even if item is light (£25 cost to return £65 bath panels). It's one disadvantage of not having a network of shops that one can return items to. Would be helpful if VP could recommend a return courier and arrange preferential rates for returns.”

“Quite difficult to find this particular size .... but achieved. All good but seat is a bit slider if you know what I mean ... may try some Gorilla Glue to sort this out.”

“The items were as ordered and we were very pleased. The only concern the delivery took longer than was stated in your e-mail was suppose to be delivered on the Thursday and never came to the next Thursday.”

“Overall the service I have received has been good as I received my item fairly quickly and the customer service was good. The few negatives I have experienced are 1) Email states to contact within 24 hours if there is damage or missing parts. But person receiving item may not have the skills to check for missing parts and really needs to wait till installed by plumber etc. 2) Small parts should all be put in plastic sealable bags which would give the customer confidence no parts are missing.”
