“Delivery cost to Northern Ireland is the Downside”

“The delivery was quick and excellent and would merit 5 stars. Before that, however, we decided to visit the showroom, which was some distance, to see what we were thinking of ordering. We found there was much less on display than we had imagined and the staff member we spoke to was not particularly helpful. He even spelled my name wrongly, even though I spelled it out as part of my email address. Hence, I will past this as "anonymous" as the other option is not even my name!He also stopped dealing with our order for a while to deal with someone else. We would have been better just going through the website.”

“I ordered a bath which came well packaged within 5 days of ordering. It was on a pallet so make sure you can move it straight away. Considering I paid about £25 for delivery though it should have arrived quicker within 2 days atleast”

“Looked at Victorian plumbing for our bathroom revamp and chose our items. When we came to order quite a few items were out of stock. Rest of items that we did order came within the allotted time. Just waiting for the bathroom fitter to start the job.”
