“We bought a metro 4 piece ensuite to replace an ageing and leaking bathroom. The choice and price range was great for us. It was simple to order and the communication was excellent. The delivery was completed ahead of schedule which was great.”

“Ordered over £1600 of items. First pallet turned up soaked and water damage/etc. There Teams are so busy that even damages take 72 hours to be looked at. 2 days later asked for more photos. 7 days later still waiting for an answer. Be very careful about ordering in case there is damage or a fault as they don't seem to want to know or help. Very disappointed!!!!”

“We’ve made 2x purchases from you in the last 3 weeks totalling over £2K and none have arrived on the day we had been told they would m, no notification from the delivery company only been told when I’ve chased up that there had been sickness. What’s the point of having a parcel tracking website when it simply doesn’t take place. Luckily I work from home but sure you can appreciate it isn’t good if you had taken the day off to recuve the delivery :-( Appreciate it’s no Victorian Plumbing’s direct fault but does reflect on the end to end customer sales experience.”
