“Items were delivered promptly but the shower came with parts missing and the process in order to get the missing parts sent to us was long and ridiculous. Ended up having to pay a plumber for way longer than I should have because they needed ‘proof’ that I hadn’t gotten the part.”

“Products arrived in good condition. Delivery driver was courteous and helpful (moved pallet into garage as requested). Deducted 1 star as delivery company didn't get in touch the day before to arrange drop as stated on website. Driver called on the way to drop off. Wasn't an issue on the day as I was in, but would have been an problem if not! Also my quidco cashback didn't track despite having cookies enabled for the transaction so have had to raise a claim manually. Had the same issue with a purchase from here earlier this year as well.”

“Ordered on the Monday, delivered and fitted on the Wednesday morning, do not change your choice of carrier. Altogether a very efficient service, where one was kept fully aware a what was going on. Many thanks!”
