“Victorian Plumbing was very good with supplying and delivery, however they were poor in their response to damaged goods received on a pallet. I did get a unique number for them to respond after 72 hours but it has been more than a week and still I have had no response.”

“The guys that fitted the washing machine didn't fit the door straight and also installed it too low for the kickboard to go back on. I will now need to pay someone else to help re-install this at the correct height to fit the integrated appliances properly. They were also late and rushing to get to another job.”

“The pallet arrived with the bath upright and items packed inside it. and was unable to be taken out of the van from the back door as it was too high. It all had to be unpacked inside the van by the driver and then passed out.I was by myself so he had to carry a lot of the heavy stuff. There was no delivery note. The bath was discovered to be damaged once the plumber checked it ready to install a week after arrival . I was unable to talk to a ‘live’ person instead contact was via email and online chat box. I sent photographs and am still awaiting a response 6o+ hours later .I was told it would be 24 hours for a decision to be made. Also there is an issue with distribution in my area so goodness knows when I’ll get my replacement bath.The whole fitting of my bathroom is now at a halt and we Have a house full of bathroom furniture that can’t be fitted ,thus my bathroom cannot be finished until I get another bath. There is no number to call anyone and so far it has been a very frustrating experience.”

“Delays to delivery and tracking links useless ("at the depot" is meaningless, especially when it's "at the depot" for days). Had help the poor delivery driver lift heavy palettes off his truck as he was on his own. Good job my back operation was years ago!”
