“. Website was easy to use and a good selection of products to choose from. We haven't fitted out bathroom yet. Only issue was delivery did just show up without a warning email or text. Luckily someone was gone to collect it but could easily of not been”

“The toilet and radiator haven’t as yet been unpacked and installed, but as the review is about Victorian Plumbing that’s irrelevant I guess. As for VP I can’t really fault - ordering was easy and goods delivered as promised. Would use again (much like the toilet when it’s installed).”

“The product we purchased is great. 5/5! Reason for lower rating is due to delivery by Palletways. They literally leave the item on your doorstep… you have to figure out how to get it inside. And even worse we had to pay £50 for removal of the pallet. Surely it would be better for Palletways to take the pallet back with them to be reused?? As a result I only recommend buying from this company if you’re renovating your entire bathroom and have a skip. If you’re just looking for a piece of furniture rather look elsewhere.”

“Simple to order; good product choice. Delivery of furniture was good although it would be helpful to have more detail on arrival time. Delivery of shower was a real issue. I was told it would be there in three days direct frommanufacturer. It wasnt. To be fair, my mobile number was incorrect but it took a week to realise that so obviously no chance of a three day delivery. I was then told delivery would be Weds sometime. I chased at 5pm to be told the van broke down and it would not be delivered. 20 mins after that Victorian called to say there was an issue. The promisednext morning delivery did not arrive, nor the afternoon delivery. Finally arrived 2 days late and after numerous calls. However, products all well packaged and no delivery damage.”
