“Our bath arrived quite quickly although there was no communication to say when the bath was going to arrive they only phoned ten minutes before they dropped it off lucky we were in. Also the bath panel did not fit the bath which is poor.”

“Required a bottom door seal for a quadrant glass door,4 years old, dont carry spares and was advised to buy a universal fit any door seal which was useless. Will not buy. another product from you as your customer service, spares are rubbish”

“we put through an order of over £1000. The cloakroom toilet furniture that we ordered arrived already assembled but was put together so badly that we had to take it apart and re-build it (Tom MOD 542 25/02). Please ensure this person who put together our item receives training as this will affect us ordering ready assembled furniture in future.”

“Ordered items I needed to return, which is my own fault. However, no contribution towards or provision for returns costs being subsidised. Upon receipt of my returned goods, still taking up-to ten days for a refund to appear is archaic in todays online shopping environment.”

“Delivery driver left huge pallet and new bath on the pavement. Ridiculous policy of not being insured to bring in the house. Stupid stupid excuses for laziness.”

“Buying experience was ok but customer service is very poor when things go wrong. Be aware that they class the cartridges in ceramic taps as user replaceable parts that are only covered for 12 months regardless of how long the actual tap guarantee is, but it's difficult to find this on the product pages.”

“I had been looking at Victorian Plumbing for a while and I was impressed with the range of products. I thought I would try them with purchases for my new en suite. I was disappointed with the delivery charges but went ahead, the delivery was on time but not packaged very well and on opening found no fitting instructions or fittings on any of the products; these included a concealed shower valve, fixed shower head and shower waste trap. Disappointed hence the ‘poor’ score.”

“Nothing wrong with the products, but you need to find another company for deliveries on pallets. The delivery pallet was broken in several places and therefore difficult for the driver to manouvre on his very inadequate pallet truck (he admitted that it was useless}. The tap, which was ordered with the vanity unit, had totally lost it's outer packaging and the components had just been gathered together in a loose piece of bubblewrap. You really do need to find a responsible pallet delivery supplier before your reputation is damaged any further.”

“Good Well priced items, that came carefully packed no damage. However the delivery time was 3 weeks later than originally stated, which caused delays and additional costs to the build project. However I probably use them again if the delivery time was not essential.”

“The actual bathroom was delivered and appears to be fine. Unfortunately I forgot to put the items on the order for the cloakroom. I contacted your customer service email address to ask how to add the extra items so that I could avoid a delivery fee, but you did not respond until the item had been dispatched (service ticket 1461167). Not impressed. Are you prepared to waive the delivery fee for the cloakroom items I need to order? Thanks Ian”

“I think you should give more information about the delivery of your products as I had my parents wait in my property for my shower tray on arrival of my delivery they were told they would have to lift it off the pallet themselves as the delivery man could not enter the property and also they would have to dispose of the pallets this information should be given to the customer so they can be more prepared as my parents are both in there seventies.”

“On arrival the wash basin had a very large crack accross it. We notified straight away & chased company yesterday as we had not heard anything. We are wanting to get the cloakroom refitted before we go on holiday in April but are unable to arrange a date until the wash basin is exchanged.”

“Makes sure with carrot of Free delivery , this caused me to return the product as driver refused to help me and said he could only leave it 20 meters away as could not get parked . He said he was not insured to lift it and there for the only option would to leave it on public path . It was too heavy for me to move as Pallet.”
