Shower screen brilliant, sadly the experience was let down by the poor delivery, delivery plan not adhered to, no phone call as agreed and the screen almost got sent to the tip as not left where requested and left where we leave items for the tip run.

I waited at home for my delivery. I was home all day, then at 18.00 I received a text to say “We could not deliver because nobody was home” I did not receive my delivery but I was upset that I was being blamed, when I had been at home the whole time?

The toilet seat we bought did not look good or feel good the quality seemed cheap. We have sinned replaced it with another one of better quality.

order arrived on time, and all the packaging was in good condition with no damage, as advised waited till it was delivered before confirming with the tradesmen to fit the bathroom, they took a couple of weeks, the cove furniture was ok, until we unpacked the 500mm toilet unit, that's when we discovered it was damaged, the back top rail was smashed, with the chipboard broken even the dowels were snapped, the box was undamaged, odd we thought, then the builder noticed that the front panels already had pencil marks on them, so we must assume that this unit was a return that was sent back out, its now too late to report the damage, and as the pallet was still wrapped this could only have come from the warehouse in this state. lucky that the fitter was a good carpenter and made a new back as the unit was needed to get the bathroom usable, before it would cost me extra for the lost time, but expected better, did try to contact but 15 min hold is out of order for customer service,

7 days after ordering parts did someone contact me to tell me it would be delivered in 3 days . Thank you now I know why you are so cheap

Placed the order via the web, no interaction with a person at all but that's what's on offer. Used these people as I seemed to be able to get everything from a single source rather than hunting around, I could of got cheaper by using multiple suppliers. The real disappointment, no contact about my expected date of delivery. I happened to be at the property I was renovating one day when a big lorry turned up outside. Lucky I was there and had help to get the goods indoors. The goods, bathroom fitting and a bath, what's to say.

Ordered a number of items totalling £600 for a new bathroom which was being fitted. Paid extra for next day delivery which ended up being delivered 3 days later. Had to call VP on numerous occasions for an update on the status of our order. They did refund the payment for next day delivery. Once the delivery arrived and items unwrapped we discovered the bath had a chip in it. Called VP back - this time they were quite helpful but as there was a process to follow so we couldn’t get a replacement for 2-5 days. Replacement arrived with no quibble a few days later however we had to dispose of the damaged bath ourselves. All in all not a great experience.

Ordered several items. The sink pedestal was broken and still waiting for replacement. Pack of tiles broken and still waiting for replacement. Tried speaking and emailing but response has been nil

Unfortunately the packing was only a flimsy wrap around film which did not provide any protection and as the item was a metallic structure easily bent it suffered damage and is out of shape.

Didn't think much of the quality, considering the tap was pricier than others the same. Cost doesn't always mean quality. The click clack plug supplied didn't even work. Probably wouldn't use Victorian plumbing again.

The shower base with supposed screw in feet doesn’t actually screw in this new so called material. Had to make a platform for shower base to sit on

Hi Order was good experience parcel dispatched BUT delivery got lost and now all I get are emails saying we are experiencing high volumes of queries , we will get back to you BUT I have not heard any resolution to my issue The cost is not insignificant and I have had to purchase another item in replacement as plumber needs to do his job This is bad service when thugs go wrong Jackie

Item lost in post (not fault of VP) but company not very proactive to date in sorting the problem. I have been rather left to chase it up myself.

The set I bought said toilet seat included there was none, the parts recommended such the sink drainage was too large for the pedestal. The toilet Cistern parts doesn’t fit well and hits the cover every flush. Had to buy new parts. The pedestal and sink fit was poor design for maintanence. Not im[ressed overall. Will be more selective in online ordering. Why in this day n age can’t we give a two hour window for deliveries?

Item received quickly, text messages to keep me informed, product is now faulty so will need to ring and find out what the after sales is like, regarding money back or replacement tomorro. Now having trouble with retuning product and getting a refund

We ordered a bath panel, which arrived damaged. I’ve messaged Victorian Plumbing to report the damage (a little while ago now). I am still waiting to hear back.
