“Plumber came to fit my new shower opened the shower box 3 parts missing. Opened the box with the shower doors big dent in 1 side of the slidding doors arrived on a pallet well wrapped suggest VP check stock before sending out purchases.”

“Bracket did not fit the glass on my frameless shower enclosure. I had to send images showing the fault and was told they will send me out a new one (next day) - this was on Wednesday and it’s now Monday and I still do not have it 😡”

“The delivery service we received following our purchase was appalling! The driver dragged the goods off the vehicle and left them in the middle of the pavement obstructing anybody getting past. He refused to asssist my wife in moving the bathroom suite which was on 1 pallet 2 feet onto our empty driveway. He claimed it’s a common occurrence with Victoria plumbing.”

“All went ok with my £730 bathroom-suite order until we found a broken 50p fixing screw towards the end of my bathroom refurbishment. One phone call and two emails later, VP still haven't sent me a replacement. Abysmal after-sales service.”

“Sink was absolutely fine however delivery driver left it at the path. I stay 2 up in a block of flats had to rely on my neighbour to help me lift it to my flat. After paying £25 delivery costs really expected better”

“I purchased a shower cubicle & a upright radiator, although the items were okay they were dumped on my drive by the delivery driver knowing only my wife was at home, not what you expect from a reputable company as they could have fallen over & smashed, very poor service”

“This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with a product from this company. The toilet seat is a much darker colour than appeared on the illustration and will not tighten up on the pan, we therefore have a wonky seat which is not at all satisfactory. I must add that the buying and delivery process was second to none, it’s just the product that have issues with”

“We ordered our items which turned up as promised but we have emailed Victorian plumbing regarding a damaged door and still have not heard from them! Also, ordered a tap which appeared to be recommended with the sink but it is not suitable for the sink so will have to order another one in the future, more cost!!”

“Ordering was good. Delivery took too long. I kept calling the company after they had my item. There is a staff there called Natalie. She needs training. I am not sure I would want to order from Victorian plumbing again, because of this experience”

“Ordering ok, delivery very poor, one driver who needed me to help him lift the ferry heavy pallet he dumped it at my door and left, I had to unpack it, lift the heavy goods alone and was left with a huge pallet at my front door which apparently is standard practice not to take the pallet away. What would happen with someone very elderly or disabled?”

“Item was acceptable but the delivery wasn’t. Palletways left large item (still on pallet) on the side of road - would not bring it indoors for my dad - who is stage 4 end of life cancer patient. Completely unacceptable.”

“All calls about the order go into a waiting line of around 20 callers. Whole delivery held up as 1 item not in stock. Needed to cancel 1?item to free rest of items up. Bad communication.”
