“Waiting for an order from yourself organised for 1.30pm - the driver sat outside did not ring the doorbell or ring the home number and then went- we were sat in the kitchen having waited for them.”

“The towel rail hook looked really smart but unfortunately when tightened fully it rattled and slid along the pipe. I ground about 1mm off one of the mating surfaces and a bit more off the connecting bolt as the blind hole contained immovable swarf. I can't believe my towel rail pipes are uniquely smaller than standard so the design needs changing or the quality checking needs to be improved. The slightly strange feature of this design is that it doesn't really matter if there is a gap between the two halves when installed because it isn't obviously visible. If you took 1mm off both halves and 5mm off the bolt you could put up with manufacturing variations without any problems.”

“within 30 mins of ordering I realised if I had gone to Amazon I could have got the same item was almost half the price and came with free postage. NOT IMPRESSED!”

“Delivery turned up without me arranging with delivery company. Driver refused to drop round back. I was left with a pallet full of thousands of pounds of stuff at the roadside. Only me home to move it.”

“Shower screen arrived damaged. Due to time restraints, money, inconvenience etc we didn’t want to return - no small reimbursement offered to cover materials to fix damage (terrible resolution process despite the fact this is totally not in line with the Consumer Rights Act). The shower screen was also not straight - only went up because of ace plumbers. The quality is dreadful. The sink waste that was recommended on the website to go with the sink we ordered doesn’t even fit the sink so had to buy another. The shower head doesn’t match the valve (this was a Hudson Reed shower - except the head wasn’t. So blatant misadvertising there) so it’s wonky! The only think we like is the tap. Terrible experience. Avoid avoid avoid. Never again.”

“Didn't really solve my problem. I admit I made a mistake in the first place. You did forward a solution but I didn't understand how the solution you offered me would solve my problem. I requested further clarification and was advised someone would get back to me but no one did. I would have been quite happy to take the sliding doors back to one of your depots and exchange it for the correct size. I was not given that option. All I got was your return policy saying I had to return the item on the pallet. So disappointed and left with a sliding door unit that does not fit.”

“The parts supplied were perfect and look and work completely to our satisfaction. The problem was with the courier you used DPD. They twice tried to deliver to the wrong address I had their app. and supplied them with 2 telephone contacts which they never used . I ended by driving to collect the parts from their depot. You should recover whatever you paid them and refund it to us. You should also consider another courier service.”

“Delivery arrangement very poor! Bathroom suite dumped outside my flat with no help to move it inside. Luckily i am a healthy 30 year old and live on the ground floor. As, if this was someone a lot older or even living upstairs they would have had no chance on their own!!”

“Picture of bath was not the one delivered although they said it was. When I complained they changed the pictures and then said it was the right bath. Hard to get through with complaint and was dismissed. Rest of stuff very good quality, but service lets this company down. If you want to return anything you have to organise and pay. Will not be using in the future”

“The bits came in dribs and drabs, and some took three weeks. There was no notification from the company that the delivery time was not going to be close to the three to five days they claimed. I would not rush to use the company again and would recommend that customers try elsewhere first.”

“Communication is litte to none. Delivery is extremely slow and the delivery driver was so rude that he made my wife feel uncomfortable. Will be voting with my feet.”

“The products I purchased were dumped on the side of the road and delivery drivers and assistant pestered for a signature so they could leave before items could be checked. I wouldn't buy from Victorian plumbing again”

“I ordered the uniblade seal supposed to fit all or most shower door seals. It did not fit so £25 inc package and postage wasted as re had to remove and try it so didn't think we could send it back for a refund.”
