“As posted on google review: How does a company expect to function when they close there customer service line. Then only let you email to get issues resolved. I've been waiting 2 weeks for customer service the contact me back. My issue is that an Item had lost one of its parts due to a hole in the box of poorly packed parcel. So I'm now at the point of wanting to fit the towel rail, but can't thanks to missing part. Total shambolic! Now ordered part from Amazon which will no doubt be here tomorrow. I'll be seeking a refund once VP have woken up and reopened there customer service line.”

“good arrived damaged. submitted an online report within 2 hours of delivery complete with photos of damage as requested. received a ticket number and emails, but never any resolution. Now been waiting 16 days and still not resolved. Not able to call them as customer service closed, online chat is disabled and email disappears into a blackhole. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. even with Covid-19 we are 6 months into this now and so companies should be on top of the issues and not blaming unprecedented times.. poor excuse and poor service do not use Victorian plumbing”

“Had exactly what I was looking for with a number of options. Ordering was easy on the website. Updates on despatch and delivery were sent and the goos arrived as promised. Second time I have used Victorian Plumbing and I will use them again.”

“I received a damaged vanity unit and despite numerous emails with photographs to you I have not had a response regarding replacement/refund. Your phone lines are not open so I am getting nowhere and the item is now holding up my bathroom refurbishment. Totally unacceptable customer service”

“Excellent range of products to choose from and with competitive prices as well. Delivery was difficult to monitor due to conflicts between VPs tracking number and the transport company's tracking number. However, when all said and done fitting was not to much of a problem thanks to the comprehensive product details available from the website. And now the sink is fully installed it looks beautiful; just what our kitchen needed!”

“Parts missing! Poor customer service as automated and still unresolved. Will have to get another trade in to install at extra cost. This was an easy fix! Just check all items are correct before putting out for delivery.”

“I would have given five stars but VP never replied to my email asking for more product details. It's not good enough to just say we are very busy and can't deal with your enquiry. If you are lucky enough to be very bsuy you should be able to employ more staff and dealing with emails can be done from home anyway. Too many firms during the pandemic are using this get out to avoid giving good service. I ordered the item anyway, which is no doubt what they expected, and the part I was unhappy about (the stiff plastic hose) I replaced with flexible stainless steel hoses. The delivery and the product itself were excellent. However, I did note one of the hoses had been crudely coiled in the box by the manufacturer and in so doing created a kink which could not be removed. I expected something like this which is why I substituted both with S/S flexible ones. Using plastic hoses is a growing trend among manufacturers, presumably to cut costs. They are not liked by the public, so why do manufacturers persist?”
