“Nothing but good things to say! I placed two orders a few weeks apart and the staff were very helpful in processing each of them, I was also very appreciative of their help in guiding me through the process for claiming back the VAT entitlement due to disability. I was kept up to date with the delivery status of my order and received a text message on the day of delivery informing me exactly when the orders would arrive. Thank you.”

“Weve used VP for alot of bathroom supplies for a new build and generally i have been pleased with items from VP, although i did return a set of taps as i wasnt impressed by the quality. Unfortunately trying to return large items for refund such as radiators is bit of a nightmare as VP dont offer collection services and most courier/parcel companies wont touch such large items. As a result, pallet couriers have to be used, which makes the 'free returns' policy financially not viable for radiators, shower screens etc..”

“I am disabled & have been waiting 4 years for replacement knees and right hip operations The pain worsens each year so I have just bought a Pro 600 luxury comfort height toilet from this company to obviate the excruciating pain ofcrouching to reach my previous modern low height toilet. Being 380mm high this new model is a Godsend for anyone elderly or infirm to use.Despite Xmas delivery problems, I received it,delivery free, within a week. By using a small STS transport van, their driver"Alex" reached our remote moorland home, carried it to our door and checked it all for damage with me.Great buy & superb service! Would reccommend this firm to anyone.My thanks go out to them!”
