“Ordered the upright radiators (2) in Anthracite, the price included shipping. The pallet they were shipped on was brilliant, well built and carried both rads. All good when I checked them and no damage. A great deal and easy to deal with, loads of emails about the purchase and delivery schedule, I was even able to book the delivery date with the final shippers. I will use again if I need any more plumbing stuff. Micky”

“Delivery service could have been better. We were given a delivery date only and waited in all day before getting a call just before 4pm telling us the items would arrive in about 10 minutes. Would have been nice to get at least be told if it would be am or pm as most other companies do these days. (I am aware that this is the delivery company rather than Victorian Plumbing.)”

“I was delighted to find everything I needed for installation of new three-piece suite at a reasonable price and free reasonably quick delivery but having ordered and paid for on 24th November I have yet to receive my goods. The delivery driver said he could not drive his lorry up my drive (I had advised I lived in a block of flats on a hill) and then said he could not push/pull the pallet up the hill and that the order should have been put on a van and that the company would redeliver. To cut a long story short my goods have now been returned to Victoria Plumbing as the delivery company said they can only do curb-side deliveries. The most frustrating point has and still is that I cannot speak to Victoria Plumbing which may have avoided my goods having been returned to them instead of to me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT AND DELIVER MY GOODS OR I'M GOING TO MISS MY SLOT OF HAVING THEM INSTALLED.”

“Whole process of ordering was very easy, the prices were competitive and the goods were delivered on the day arranged. As with other companies, the order arrived well trussed up on a pallet. Unfortunately it was heavy and too tall to fit in my garage. ( Fitting was postponed till January so goods had to be stored). Disposal of the emptied pallet was very difficult and had to be crow-barred apart and there were loads of nails. This method is presumably easier for the company but not for the average customer so I marked it down for this reason.”

“90% of the things I've ordered for the bathroom that I'm renovating I have ordered from Victorian Plumbing. I was very impressed by their speedy shipping times, stock availability, selection, and competitive prices. I was also impressed by the filter options on their website which made it really easy for me to find what I needed :)”

“I asked a simple question to help resolve am issue with a toilet seat fittings not working correctly. After over 50 years in the building industry and having a very successful property maintenance company upto my retirement, the response from your help line made me feel like a total idiot. I've sorted the problem out by purchasing some other fitting.”
