“I ordered everything for my new bathroom plus a bedroom radiator. I was contacted prior to my order arriving to say that unfortunately the radiator has been delayed and I was offered the opportunity to choose an alternative, wait for it or get a refund which I thought was excellent service. I’ve chosen to wait and hopefully it’ll arrive later. I’m confident that if it doesn’t I’ll be offered an alternative or a refund due to the service I’ve received to now. The other items have arrived in good condition. I’m very happy with my purchase.”

“I ordered a Cosmopolitan kitchen tap and it came within 2 days. The extra screws came 4 days later via Royal Mail. I was very happy with the service and ease of ordering this item. My brother was able to fit the tap so no need for a plumber.”
