Ordered radiator and toilet. When it came to fitting the radiator, noticed there was a dent in it.
Stupid me didn't check it on delivery, but messaged VP to let them know. They requested more photos and heard nothing since.
I ordered other stuff from them last year to do another bathroom, and the toilet pan arrived with slight damage but didn't have time to get it sorted.
I've got another bathroom and cloakroom to do, but I won't be getting anything from VP.
