“Ordering online was very good. Delivery was a little misleading. It was stated that the shower screen would be delivered on a pallet. It was not although not a problem since I did not have to dispose of the pallet.”

“Shocking service - I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. Moreover when I rang the telephone number given on the Review email in order to make enquiries regarding the delivery of my order, I was abruptly told it was no longer in operation. My Order number is ORD-0001555603-4307309.”

“I ordered a sink, tap, sink fixing kit, waste and plug all together and the fixings for the tap were missing. No quibbles, after a short email exchange, VP sent out a new fixing kit, which arrived 3 days later. Products good, value good, customer service good!!”
