“Avoid this company, my order was incomplete ( shower head but no mixer) which meant I couldn’t install the type of shower I wanted. I have had no contact or refund from the company in 4 weeks. I have another larger order of £1500 which has not been delivered and no contact from them, basically theft. I will never use them or recommend them again!”

“My order of over £400 hasn’t arrived. We paid extra to have it delivered on a specific date - nothing turned up. No-one replies to any emails asking for information and help. You can not access anyone on the phone. I know circumstances are challenging at the moment however the level of service from Victorian Plumbing is poor.”
