“Have not experienced such bad service, bough 4 toilets with cisterns 4week ago. They arrived 4days after being ordered. Instead of receiving the products orders I received 4 basins and four toilet pans. Have wrote countless emails with no response. There phone lines are closed, can’t even speak to anyone.”

“The delivery was made but the shower screen was damaged, the driver said he didn't bring but a replacement will be delivered. It's now 2 weeks and we still haven't received and I've sent emails to which I've not received a reply. This is holding up the work and costing us in builder charges! very unhappy customer as you have no way to call, only send an email”

“Ceramic bathroom accessories arrived smashed as they were sent in a plastic bag with no protection. Almost 2 weeks later and I'm yet to recieve a response from Victorian Plumbing about a refund or replacement.”

“Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I ordered two ceramic toilet brushes one of which not only arrived in severely damaged condition it was knowingly packed and dispatched in that condition. Two sets of photographs of the damaged item was sent and an acknowledgement of their receipt received. That was back in mid August, since when I have not received the courtesy of a reply other than an automated message telling me I am in a queue. Pathetic.”

“I ordered six beautiful bathroom accessories to complete bathroom,they arrived in a plastic bag which gave no protection whatsoever, although the items were wrapped in bubble wrap.three items very badly smashed.”

“Great ordering service, great delivery, but I ordered 3 silver radiator valves and only 2 arrived - it even said 2 on the packet when it arrived. I can't speak to anyone as the line is not manned. I have tried raising online and I keep getting a note to say it is being dealt with, have sent picture and still not dealt with. I am now one valve short and have to pay a second callout to the plumber I have had to rebook twice as I am still waiting for it”
