“Service was fine, my only qualm was the amount of wood in the packaging ! apart from the i was happy with the service.”

“They were very helpful when I received a basin and didn't have the kit for the basic surround because I didn't read the description in detail. The customer service rep relied very quickly on FB, sent me to the correct product which I promptly ordered and now i have the sink all finished. Goods came well packed and in good condition. Great company.”

“Products good. Price good. Packaging dreadful - a 760mm shower tray delivered on a 7x4 ft. L shaped pallet which was a pain to move having been dumped unceremoniously in the kerb by the delivery driver (who then left without giving me any chance to inspect the delivery - just lucky there was no damage in transit). Would have considered ordering from here again but it’s not worth the bother.”

“Ordering process is easy but couldn't find the option for 'free' next day delivery. Still good overall. Delivery guy dropped the palette where I wanted, so all good.”

“Still awaiting plumber so have not checked all of the items. Was surprised to find the wc pan the most heaviest item on top of units including mirrors . 77 year old having to unload pallet and then dispose of pallet not ideal.”

“arrived swiftly quality ok need to look at packaging. The hanging basket for shower was wrapped however the ha does were not....the most vulnerable part was open to being bashed about in transit ...not impressed. luckily no damage”
