“Shower panels look good. One of the panels arrived slightly damaged at a corner, managed to hide it with the trims so not a big issue. Check is advisable before accepting.”

“Good service product in good condition only criticism, when I checked tracking said expected delivery at roughly 5pm so thought I could nip out- order arrived then but very impressed that they got in contact with my alternative number and delivered”

“We are very happy with the choice and the quality of the shower cubicle received, although it will not be fitted for a month or two. However we were disappointed with the delivery. My wife had taken a day off and stayed in for an expected delivery date only to find out after the 17:00hr deadline that they had rescheduled for another date because of a problem with the type of lorry required. No attempt was made to advise us or agree a new date until we contacted them. This was very poor”

“The shower screen is perfect but I was a bit surprised that it was delivered on a pallet and large wooden structure which was difficult to dispose of and not very environmentally friendly.”
