“Ordered on line Service was good and delivery came when arranged.”

“Staff on phone friendly and helpful. Items arrived within 4 days. However drivers do not carry products into home. As I was at work this was left to my 16 yr old daughter and a 15 yr old neighbor. Not the best delivery service.”

“Had to buy new bath mixer tap to replace old one very pleased with product good quality nice style and love the fact that Victorian plumbing have guarantee on lots of its products my only negative is that you can't choose tine of delivery evening would be better for me”

“Excellent service from telesales. Toilet and seat very good just let down a little by water inlet valve being plastic screw thread not brass. I cross-threaded it as it is in a very difficult place to fit. I then purchased a brass one locally to finish the job”
