“The ordering part was very easy. However they don't get 5 stars because their communication wasn’t great. You shouldn’t have to contact the help chat to find your order number, they should send you an email confirmation like every other online retailer. My order arrived complete, but without any order confirmation how would I have proved any discrepancies?”

“I am happy with my association withVP. I am due to order soon for installation but as l am elderly will order in sections so l can handle the deliveries. The only other difficulties l have had is in contacting by phone when one may be told "there is a 17min waiting". To inspect all delivery items before fixing may be difficult as they have to be ordered in good time.”

“Hassle free ordering got all the parts I ordered only down side easy plumb kit not very good screws pulled out of resin but sorted out with extra legs but will be using Victorian plumbing again Many thanks”

“Perfectly simple to order, managed to get a little extra discount code, and a fair delivery service. Only thing I would've liked was the expected delivery date at the point of purchase rather than getting a message a few days later, but we have ordered in advance of the plumber's start date to allow for delivery times etc anyway, so it's worked out fine.”

“Victorian Plumbing - good. The Bristan shower came without a hose retainer clip and a hose which is only long enough to shower from the chest down. I'm only 5'10".”
