“Shower unit was excellent the extras were rubbish. Ordered the waste tray as an extra plumber spent 4 hours tearing his hair out trying to fit it thread was half the size of any others and the rubber seal was very thin and not fit for purpose. Shower was excellent just the extras that weren't had to go out and buy another”

“The ordering and delivery service was excellent. The order was for a replacment shower mixer valve. The old one worked fine but had stared to leak need replacing. My plumber who has done a number of jobs over the years had no trouble fitting the new mixer but it would not work and set off the pump despite various adjustments.The old unit did not have check valves in the hot/condition inlets and I am waiting for him to test the unit without the check valves to see if they are the cause of the problem (The pump is ok ) Will keep trying!! David Thomas”

“some of the stuff was great: Grohe taps and shower and the bath - but the bath end panels @ £50 are a flimsy bit of plastic ( so the bath seems cheap until you add on all the extras) and re delivery they only delivered to the curbside - so in the street (I'm on the 2nd floor and they were bulky heavy items ) my other bathroom order was with Victoria Plumb was delivered to the front door of my flat !”

“Ordered a shower tray. Delivery promised within 72 hours which did not happen. Drivers attitude was terrible Product packaging Terrible. Products it’s self as as described but overall experience would stop me from using again.”

“Very good prompt service from staff at Formby showroom. Also delivery partner very efficient offering a mutually agreed delivery date ( although a half day time slot would be appreciated so customers aren’t waiting in all day!) Many thanks Guys, Dave Shirley”

“we had to wait about 3 weeks for our taps to come we wasn't told one wasn't in stock but it came today we had to put the plumber off till we had both taps just hope we can get him back to fit them now many thanks”
