“Apart from the long delivery time of what was a small package, partly owing to the carrier Royal Mail ? all of the proccess went smoothly. The item I bought was good quality and once in place looked very nice and did the job it was intended for. Will but other things from Victoria Plumbing when required.”

“My order was handled well with good communication about the one item that was not in stock.. Agreement to split order was actioned quickly. The bath panel arrived damaged - I did not notice this till I unwrapped it and I am hoping to hear back very soon with the replacement delivery date.”

“People are helpful but slow to respond to questions. Not Victorian plumbing failt but courier for pallets delivered late and tracking of little use.”

“Almost perfect. I haven't had the chance to fit the goods. Only concern was the gap between purchase and dispatch. There was no clear communication regarding what was happening as the email said that items would be dispatched once payment had been taken and the payment had come out a few days before any delivery notification was sent.”

“Excellent service and very pleased with toilet seats and bath panel fixing it. However I was disappointed with the bath panel as it was too flimsy/flexible, I wish it was twice as thick. Peter Holme”
