“The bathroom suite that I ordered was amazing , one small problem the wrong taps were sent. I'm hoping that will be resolved. I also had a problem with transportation, however, Victorian plumbing resolved my problem fast and effectively.Over all very good”

“Order process was simple. Delivery was good and the product is exactly what we wanted. Good value as was unable to get cheaper anywhere else. Would have been 5 stars but there was around a week from payment being taken until product being posted out. No reason for this delay apparent and had to wait for arrival until I could finish my job”

“Good service however anthracite radiators are a different shade to previously ordered ones and delivery driver just arrived with no call 30 mins before as advised would happen”

“Our first order was delivered by Victorian Plumb themselves who helped bring the goods in to the house. The second order was delivered by a pallet company who are told to do no more than put the loaded pallet on the kerbside and leave you to it. This means if you have heavy goods it's in theory left to you to get the goods inside the house. Also it asks you to inspect the goods before accepting them. This was not easy as our pallet include a large heavy shower tray and another dozen items. Why was one consignment delivered direct and the other delivered by a contractor? The pallet delivery driver was very helpful but he's told not to assist or go in customers houses. Also only one pallet was used( to save money?) so the shower tray was loaded vertically on to one pallet. Why the difference in delivery?”

“Happy with the shower although it was a lot harder to fit than expected. What let the experience down was the courier that was used, called me on the day telling me they had no drivers and that they couldn’t deliver that date, they begrudgingly agreed to deliver it when I told them I’d spoken to their customer service team that morning who has confirmed it was already being loaded into the van…. They also left the huge pallet outside our house that I’m now struggling to get rid of”

“I had a large order, only the bath panel was damaged, Victorian plumbing very quick to send replacement. I’m happy so far but the bathroom is not yet finished so not all items up and running yet.”

“The delivery experience was very good. The driver was pleasant and helpful and everything arrive neatly packed on the pallet. My only reservation was the need to check the order at that time in 15mins.... hard to thoroughly check a whole bathroom suite and ancilliaries in that time. Still very thing was fine. The bathroom it self was nice - the basin tap was hard to tighten up due to very limited access and we still had to do a lot of cutting to fit everything but it did allow for a more customised fitment I suppose. All in all a good experience.”
