Dreadful service. Still waiting after 3 days to find out why my shower instructions don't match pieces provided. After ignoring my email follow up and I wasted another 10 mins on their online chat. When I asked if they had rung their supplier in the 3 days, this is what they advised: Quote: 'they a re a overseas suppleir so we can only contact them through email.' It's staggering and I now either decide to wait indefinitely with no shower or drill 12 holes in the £350 frame where I think they go. First and last time I use this company.

The product was damaged and we paid our plumber to come out and install it and when we made contact to try and get an exchange were requested to provide a video, photo and details of what was wrong rather than resolving the issue.

This is an honest review following a full bathroom purchase. To accurately reflect my experience I have broken my comments down into three categories: 1: Ease of placing an order, making payment and delivery; 2: Condition of items received; 3: Afterservice when things didn't work. For 1: I would say they are good at taking an order and dispatching goods. For 2: the condition of the items received. Here I would say they were very poor, all boxes were open and edging damaged suggesting the goods had either been sold before, opened, or returned or ex-display either way I would rate this as poor. On 3: Afterservice when things didn't work. Here the quality of service was truly terrible. They sent a service valve for the cistern that did not reach the wall when fitted to the cistern. The only way to contact them was via 'live chat' and the assistant quickly told me that they were not technically trained and I will hear from them in 48-72 hours. Overall they are geared towards selling products, exchanging products etc but aftersales support is non-existent. No phone number or anything so I would suggest avoiding them if you are having a full bathroom re-fit and with plumbers breathing down your neck when problems emerge Victoria Plumbing are difficult to reach and will fail to help. So overall rating out of 10 would be 1.

Bought a basin- came with taps that didn’t fit and a plug that didn’t fit. Attempts to reach help took hours and were ultimately unsatisfactory and I gave up and acquired replacements from a rival company and didn’t seek a refund

Quick to take the order, fairly quick to deliver, really not so quick to reply to complaints of missing bits, damaged bits etc. £45 offered to cover damage, which it won’t and here we go, 5 days later, no response and no tiny refund. Toilet still isn’t in, as having to wait on more parts. It was the gift that kept of disappointingly giving with the opening of every box.

Very bad I got the item but it's not suitable for us and I want to return back. But no option in online nor any telephone contact. Also when I ordered the item there is no order number too. It's difficult to resend the item.

I paid for goods and they were received damaged No reply has been received from two emails requesting replacement items and no money has been refunded I am very disappointed with this company's performance I await answers to my two emails Hugh thrift

The cloakroom items arrived in a poorly packaged condition and were also dirty. A missing item was only replaced after several emails and a call to the support line.

I’m so disappointed with how this company has behaved. They listed adaptors on their website for flexible tap connectors, however when I received the item they are just compression fittings that don’t have a female threaded end, therefore cannot be screwed onto the valve. I complained about this misleading listing but no response. I sent the item back with postage receipt, asking for a refund of the item and postage, but still nothing yet. They received the item back on 10th December. Avoid these cowboys!! Next step is to get the bank involved in getting my refund.

I was delighted to find everything I needed for installation of new three-piece suite at a reasonable price and free reasonably quick delivery but having ordered and paid for on 24th November I have yet to receive my goods. The delivery driver said he could not drive his lorry up my drive (I had advised I lived in a block of flats on a hill) and then said he could not push/pull the pallet up the hill and that the order should have been put on a van and that the company would redeliver. To cut a long story short my goods have now been returned to Victoria Plumbing as the delivery company said they can only do curb-side deliveries. The most frustrating point has and still is that I cannot speak to Victoria Plumbing which may have avoided my goods having been returned to them instead of to me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT AND DELIVER MY GOODS OR I'M GOING TO MISS MY SLOT OF HAVING THEM INSTALLED.

I haven’t received the order and am only receiving automated responses to my emails. I appreciate that they may have delivery problems but a human response would have been appreciated.

Placed an order in early November delivery date given by courier stayed in 3 days as signature required, no delivery received. Contacted you received an apology and that a new item would be despatched since then no communication received from yourselves or courier. Have lost all confidence in your company.
