This is an honest review following a full bathroom purchase. To accurately reflect my experience I have broken my comments down into three categories: 1: Ease of placing an order, making payment and delivery; 2: Condition of items received; 3: Afterservice when things didn't work. For 1: I would say they are good at taking an order and dispatching goods. For 2: the condition of the items received. Here I would say they were very poor, all boxes were open and edging damaged suggesting the goods had either been sold before, opened, or returned or ex-display either way I would rate this as poor. On 3: Afterservice when things didn't work. Here the quality of service was truly terrible. They sent a service valve for the cistern that did not reach the wall when fitted to the cistern. The only way to contact them was via 'live chat' and the assistant quickly told me that they were not technically trained and I will hear from them in 48-72 hours. Overall they are geared towards selling products, exchanging products etc but aftersales support is non-existent. No phone number or anything so I would suggest avoiding them if you are having a full bathroom re-fit and with plumbers breathing down your neck when problems emerge Victoria Plumbing are difficult to reach and will fail to help. So overall rating out of 10 would be 1.
