“Good quality back to wall toilet delivered promptly. Easily fitted. The toilet seat supplied with the package was poor quality and will need to be replaced. Otherwise the score would be higher.”

“ORD-2600000001-4507043 I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely deserves it. Two separate orders, two serious failures. The first was a toilet delivered in nothing more than a cardboard box with no meaningful protection. It arrived completely smashed. Basic packaging standards clearly not understood. The second order was even worse. Ordered two radiators. Instead, a full shower cabin was delivered on a pallet. Correct name, correct address, completely wrong product. This isn’t a minor picking error, this is a complete breakdown of process, verification and dispatch control. For a company of this size, this is not “one of those things”. This is systemic failure. What’s most concerning is not the mistake itself, but the level of incompetence required across multiple stages for this to happen twice to the same customer. If this is the standard of quality control, I would strongly question trusting them with anything time-sensitive or critical. Would not recommend.”

“Well I messed up. I ordered a pump and it promptly arrived. When the plumber came to install it we both realised that a small detail has had been left out of the order and therefore the pump was negative and not positive or vice versa. Entirely our fault. But Victorian plumbing took back the part and immediately compensated me for my expense. I was impressed with the speed of their action and with the no quibble understanding of the situation. Many thanks.”

“Everything as ordered, was prepared to drill bath for taps but did think about overflow. Had the right drill sizes for both and was easy to do. Bath cam on a palet and driver manoverd it to my patio doors for easier access and was well padded.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Victorian Plumbing. The service from start to finish has been unacceptable. Firstly, the delivery process is completely misleading. Heavy furniture is not delivered to your door as you would reasonably expect. Instead, it is simply left outside, regardless of the weight or practicality of moving it. You are effectively abandoned with large, heavy items and no assistance whatsoever. This is completely unreasonable, especially for bathroom furniture. Secondly, the quality of the product is shocking. The furniture arrived covered in dust, visibly dirty, and clearly poorly manufactured. The materials feel cheap, the finish is substandard, and overall it looks nothing like a premium product. The quality does not justify the price in any way. Customer service has been equally disappointing. It is extremely difficult to get clear answers, and once you raise an issue, you feel completely left on your own. There is no sense of accountability or support. To make matters worse, if you want a refund, you are expected to pay out of your own pocket for returns. After already receiving a faulty and poor-quality product, being asked to spend even more money is unacceptable. The entire experience feels like a trap: attractive marketing, but once you have paid, the responsibility shifts entirely onto you. Poor delivery standards, poor product quality, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. There are far better suppliers out there who actually value their customers and stand behind their products.”
