“The products are of good quality and arrived on time. However it would help if the items were delivered in to the house, not dumped on the pavement. I was lucky that a male neighbour was around to help get the items inside, otherwise they would still be where they were left. Not all customers are young, fit and strong!”

“The perfect shower head I had been searching for. A basic shower head with no fancy lights or modes and one with a curved handle and more importantly, one that produces a powerful shower, which this one certainly does. I liked the changeable inserts for high and low water pressure which makes a big difference too. I would most definitely recommend this showerhead to anyone, you will not be disappointed.”

“VICTORYAN PLUMING IS A FRAUD AND A THIEF!! Their managers are thieves and their employees are invisible. I have proof of this. I am undertaking a large construction project in Buckingham. I placed several small orders for a small bathroom with Victorian Plumbing for a previous client. It was supposed to arrive the day after payment but even though I had made the payment, it barely arrived after a month. I said okay, okay. My next order took 3 weeks and never arrived. I called and complained. They couldn't promise when it would arrive so we cancelled. They haven't refunded the money since June. I am currently speaking with my lawyer and I will be filing a lawsuit against the managers and owner of this thieving company. They victimized me and my client, stole my money and never sent any materials. The thieving Victorian Pluming did not answer my calls and to this day has not returned my messages. Please stay away from this fraudulent company.”

“mostly the items we bought were as expected but dont expect high quality at low prices. Good value for money. One disappointment was that the toilet did not have a true round waste so modern waste pipe would not seal did not know until the plumber came to fit. He managed to adapt it with a different collar. Make sure you check it all on arrival as lead in times mean you cant be without a loo. Pays you money I suppose.”
