“One of the hinges on our rather expensive Heritage loo seat decided to snap in half. I did a quick Google search to see if there were replacement parts. Victoria Plumbing was the only supplier who offered genuine Heritage spares at the best price. Setting up an online account was a doddle and I placed my order. I could have opted for a next day delivery but decided to go for a cheaper 7 day delivery. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within 2 days. I can't fault Victoria Plumbing for a superb service that didn't cost the earth.”

“The products came relatively quickly. It states you get 15 mins to check the products aren't faulty but the driver started the timer as soon as he arrived rather than after he'd unloaded the products so I had 5 mins to check every product out the boxes to check for damage which wasn't possible.”
