“Ordering online was very easy, the quality of the goods were excellant, however delivery was not as exspected, on the day chose I had two texts advising me of the time slots, both time slots failed to arrive when checking the tracking system I found that the item had been taken back to the depot. I sent a text asking why my item had not arrived, next morning another time slot and this time the item arrived. the driver was very helpful and carried the unit to my door and asked if I wanted the pallet left I ked him to take it. Quality of item very good, delivery very poor.”

“Purchased a shower cabinet which we needed to return as we'd ordered the wrong size. Victoria Plumbing expect you to pay for the return yourself which I warn you on a heavy item like this is likely to cost you 25% of your original purchase price. The base of the shower was sent to us in shrink wrapped plastic rather than a box making it very hard to package for return. Upon receipt Victoria Plumbing immediately rejected the return as allegedly damaged, the photos they provide as proof are so zoomed in it's hard to even know what you are looking at. We are now down £550 on a product that cost £419. Terrible service. Can't even find anyone willing to talk to us as they only speak to people with a trade account. In short if you are a consumer this is not a company you should deal with unless you are buying through your builder.”

“I decided to have a new bathroom fitted. Having seen Victorian Plumbing advertised i took a look at there website. I soon discovered that they had everything I needed and all at a good price well within my budget. Having placed my order i was kept upto date on the delivery schedule. It arrived in less than a week . They delivered on a pallet and I was allowed to inspect everything before they left. Im now waiting for my plumber to install. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need anything else. Thanks you for a great service.”
