“Great package when delivered I'd thought there ETA would be sooner but ha ho demand I suppose items were well packaged if good quality goods but I had a part missing and after 4 days still awaiting a response so that side things not so good that's why 4 stars not 5”

“We decided to buy our toilet and the cistern as well as a unit from Victoria Pluming as the prices were reasonable and we compromised on not having top modern quality. The unit comes without a top cover which we also bought from Victoria Pluming, however it didn't fit and we sent it back, Mid October. As I didn't hear back for 2 weeks, I created a refund query in the system, which was responded in couple of days and within a week we now have the refund. I terms of quality, time will tell. I wish the return process was quicker and more efficient but overall experience was good enough.”

“Victorian Plumbing standards have gone down significantly. There is no way to contact them if something goes wrong, only chat bot. Just in case, their number is 01695664187 (they give out their number only if it's to make a purchase). I called them on this number after they failed delivery twice and they arranged for another one that, finally, arrived in good conditions (after wasting over one week and missing three days at work - see below for details). Terrible experience with this company. I was meant to receive a pallet delivery from them today 04/11/25 and I was waiting at the property. Nobody turned up. I received an email from Fran Clover stating she rang me to inform the driver could not find the address (!) and that the driver would be waiting for 15 minutes. I did not receive any call (turned up she dialled a wrong number, despite me having provided the correct one) and there was no driver waiting for 15 minutes. The address is on a major road and clearly displayed on Google maps so clearly an excuse as no delivery turned up. I replied to Fran immediately via email to please contact me on the correct phone but nobody bothered to reply and they made me miss the delivery. Then you are obliged to contact them via chatbot and again, no one replies for days. Interesting because when I originally made the purchase I had a problem to pay on their website; in that case, they immediately provided a number to call and I spoke to Marvin Barnes who resolved the issue immediately. This company is just interested in money. Their bathrooms are overcharged, compared to other websites. They use cheap delivery companies that only provide pallet deliveries (by the kerb) and are careless. They have flooded Trustpilot with tons of 5 star reviews (mostly one or two lines reviews praising their staff, quite dodgy!) and hide all 1 star reviews. If you just click on 1 star reviews, turns out there is plenty of them and all very recent. That reflects the real performance of this company. Update 07/11/25 - rescheduled delivery this morning (I had to literally ran after the Ketra driver as he just drove past my building and would have not even stopped). Thanks God I checked the package as the toilet was completely broken in several points. I did not accept the delivery and sent back the item. Totally unacceptable and, as usual, nobody replies (I've sent pictures and opened a case on their website but it stated replies take 72 hours).”

“We have ,just had the chatsworth antique brass kitchen tap fitted , the order process was easy to use , Good correspondence , and very fast delivery , the quality of the tap is excellent , and very well packed , couldn’t fault anything , Thankyou”

“I spent over £1500 on my order so got free standard delivery. It took weeks to get my stuff so be aware. When I made an enquiry as to why it was taking so long I was told if I wanted to pay for delivery they would process my order quicker. Free delivery puts you at the back of the queue.”

“Great range of tiles to choose from, the samples to double check on texture and look, made the fine tuning on the final decision that bit easier. Ordering was simple, we were kept in the loop, and given delivery options by the carrier. Driver of the carrier was very helpful & completed a smooth process from start to finish. “Upon receiving our parcel (wallpaper) packaging was aweful not wrapped tidy, the wallpaper was ripped so we lost over half of the 1st roll, lucky we had enough to finish the job, needs to have bubble wrap placed around it to protect the paper very slowly dash”
