“I spent over £1500 on my order so got free standard delivery. It took weeks to get my stuff so be aware. When I made an enquiry as to why it was taking so long I was told if I wanted to pay for delivery they would process my order quicker. Free delivery puts you at the back of the queue.”

“Great range of tiles to choose from, the samples to double check on texture and look, made the fine tuning on the final decision that bit easier. Ordering was simple, we were kept in the loop, and given delivery options by the carrier. Driver of the carrier was very helpful & completed a smooth process from start to finish. “Upon receiving our parcel (wallpaper) packaging was aweful not wrapped tidy, the wallpaper was ripped so we lost over half of the 1st roll, lucky we had enough to finish the job, needs to have bubble wrap placed around it to protect the paper very slowly dash”

“One of the main reasons we ordered from yourself was guaranteed delivery Tuesday had a plumber ready and waiting Wednesday morning. However, the courier company didn’t deliver it till Wednesday only a small issue but the reason we bought from you was you could guarantee Tuesday when I checked out.”

“I ordered goods from this company long time and i promised myself not to do that again. regrettably i did it again (recently), and i was sent tiles that are very different and discoloured. the customer service has been trying to hide behind vague description and continued to be dishonest, I say avoid buying products form them: they are extremely poor quality and the customer service very dishonest”
