“Reported a missing shower tap adapter which I reported Sunday 26th April and now its Friday 1st May and still no result or reply to a feedback request i made two days ago. Another e-mail request will be on its way shortly. Your phone number apparantly only available to trades people.”

“We were looking for a small basin, Edwardian style to replace the one that was installed in our cloakroom in 1931. Found just what we were looking for on the Victorian Plumbing website, which was delivered promptly at a fair price. Well pleased.”

“I've tried on several occasions to get samples of the tiles on the website. Twice now I've ordered 'free' samples and both times they've arrived in a completely unacceptable, damaged and frankly dangerous condition. Does Victoria Plumbing honestly expect me to purchase tiles from them when their samples arrive in this condition? I've even tried PAYING for a full tile only to be told by customer service that's not something they offer. So forget it Victoria Plumb - I'm off to WallsandFloors where they know how to treat tile customers!!”

“I received my shower cubicle fine. Waiting on a shower being delivered, irder & payment went through good however, no email stating when shower will be delivered. I phoned up to b advised it’s out of stock! But was in stock when ordered. Had I not phoned I wouldn’t have known there would b a delay. Still no update on it”
