“The service was great the only thing I found a problem with was delivery where the bathroom suite was dropped in the street on a pallet for me to unload and take into the house... I think this is unacceptable and should be looked at, if you are offering free delivery it should be into the property....”

“Ordering was easy, delivery on time, driver polite, all packaging safe and complete. Ordered a Doc-m disabled toilet which plumber fitted in a few hours. Workings in cistern operate OK but seem a little delicate. Hope they will be reliable over time. Looks good and slightly higher seating beneficial in our circumstances.”

“Delivery was fast and payment was easy. The only thing that could be improved is the 48 hour return policy. With bulk purchases the plumber may not have had time to review it all in that's time.”

“excellent service until delivery this was slow, a day later than expected, and i waited in between 12 and 1330 as i had been told, only then to be told that between 1600 and 1700 was when it would happen”

“Everything was perfect apart from the delivery process. Very stressful. Delivery company messed up with the delivery date. Brought them home earlier when No one could accept the delivery insisting that they have the correct date. At the end were delivered as agreed .”
