“Travelled 45mile to visit showroom, expecting to pick up parts for broken toilet. Was very disappointed this not possible (website should make this clear). That was only downside to otherwise great service. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Advised on best parts etc. Made up for ‘travel’ by arranging next day delivery at no extra cost.”

“Although it was dispached within a day of order it was 6 days before I was called and it was delivered. Although this wasnt an issue it would have been nice to have had a call to say when it was dispatched that it will be several days yet as I assume that Monday was the day you delivered in my area”

“Showroom staff were helpful with our questions and gave us a print of our items making it easier to order later which was good. Everything was well packaged and arrived safely. Only reason not five star is because the delivery driver did not wait for us to properly check before he wanted us to sign, not overly friendly but everything was OK so happy.”

“Received delivery of new sink which seemed ok as the box did not appear to be damaged. We were not quite ready to install, so it stayed in the garage for 3 weeks while we prepared the space. On opening we found the item damaged on the left side front corner. I contacted Victoria plumbing who asked for photographs It was a bit of a faff, I was asked to upload photos and email, and a few days later I received a reply fo say they would replace. I have learned to check expensive items upon arrival prior to any signing. Good service though.”

“Service generally good. Have bought virtually all my 2 new bathroom items from VP. Had one item sent which had obviously been returned by someone else. Due to lack of correct packaging the item was damaged and had to be returned. The situation has apparently been resolved, Although I still await delivery of the new item. Hopefully a one off situation.”

“I had to return the basin as it didn't turn out to be the best option. It's so shallow that I think children will splash water on the floor. I found an alternative basin of better usability and better price at Plumbase. The return to Victorian Plumbing was accepted and refunded. The website has a good selection of products at competitive prices but delivery is rather costly. As you can't see the product before buying and it's important to get the bathroom furniture right, I would use a plumbing supplier with a physical store as my preferred choice from now on.”

“Everything so far is good and only just unwrapped half the bath room suit including the bath, heated towel rail, tap basin. All seems good quality but delivery is another matter as i live on sec floor and delivery was kerb side on a sat and had to lugg everything individually from pallet. Paid extra for a sat but i wouldnt recommend if ordering for a flat. Had to dispose of pallet my self and everything else. Items seem good quality but getting it to the property was another labourous matter.”
