“I would have given a very good rating, but I was unhappy with the delivery driver who left a large wet room shower screen standing upright on a pallet at the kerbside in high winds and when told there was only one person available he said 'good luck with that' and drove off. Fortunately my builder was able to help me get it in before the wind blew it over. In all other respects,, victorian Plumbing did a very good job”

“Very happy with all aspects of my purchase with exception of the ridiculous packaging My shower which was perfectly packaged in sturdy cardboard which would have been sufficient was encased in two timber pallets in a T shape with additional timbers and tape .The delivery driver had to wheel it in on a trolley and I in turn had to make a visit to the local tip to dispose of the timber In this world of trying to preserve our planet your packaging is certainly not helping and puts me off purchasing from you again On the plus side now shower is installed we are very happy with it but how much cheaper could it have been without half an amazon tree around it”

“Whilst the returns process is relatively easy the fact that we have to pay the return postage when we are ordering a different product to the wrong sized one that is being returned is unfair.”

“I was disappointed that it took a week to be delivered and on the final day arrived at gone 7pm preventing me from attending an event and the item was too heavy for the delivery driver to get into the safety of the house so had to be left outside for the night.”

“After searching for a Champagne Toilet seat I was guided to Victorian Plumbing so on calling your office. I was then told that Victorian Plumbing don't supply Champagne toilet seats. My retort was to suggest you alter your website to that effect. We both then searched the Bemis toilet seats section and found a Champagn seat. From that point cooperatively we went through comparing the toilet bowl and the seat measurements. Although your representative wasn't sure it would fit I decide to take a chance and purchase one. It arrived although the colour was ever so SLIGHTLY darker than the bowl but I am satisfied with the purchase PS The lady was very pleasant and endeavoured with myself to search for the item, something she didn't seem used to dealing with. Please pass on my regards to her with many thanks for the effort with which she assisted.”

“I was not impressed. I received a call from work (family member) that my delivery had arrived but the driver was not to deliver to my door. I live in a 1st floor flat. The driver was on his own and said the policy is to leave the product downstairs. After explaining this is not what I signed up to, the driver kindly offered to bring the product upstairs. If he hadn't I don't know what would of happened as I was at work”

“The sink unit was nice, but the toilet unit wasn't that good. The porcelain toilet didn't have symmetrical holes where the toilet seat screwed in, the holes were 5mm out, so the seat is crooked. I may not order anymore products, as this fault should have been picked up prior to shipping.”

“Quality of purchase, superb. Delivery, third rate. Taking ten days for a delivery is not what I expected on a £500 item. Also delivery driver not able or unwilling to takeaway the huge pallet the bath came on has left me with the problem of disposing myself.”

“Sending the sample was prompt and satisfactory. However we have just received an email saying delivery will not be until April. Unsatisfactory as the kitchen is being fitted on the 18th March this date should have been given to us immediately when we may have had time to pick another tile. The email thanking us for out order was the 27 February delivery date should have been visible when ordered.”

“Ordered two bathroom dispenceing units. Pleased with them from croydex.orderedtwo more units, however one out of stock,will have to wait until 13th March.”

“Although happy with the radiator and ordering process, it was only a doorstep delivery. The item was delivered on two pallets and the whole structure of the packaging made it massive. Breaking up and getting rid of the pallets was difficult and a two man job. For £25 delivery charge I would have been happier if the product was brought inside and pallets taken away.”
