“Goods were good, I ordered 5 radiators, one was the wrong size and I needed to return it, they would not accept a simple exchange, of they pick the wrong one and deliver the new one, i had to organise the return of the wrong one which is turning out costly (as its a rather big rad and only a few couriers would accept it) and probably not worth the cost. Asked if they could arrange the return and charge me for it but they don't do that, so probably will be stuck with a rad I don't need. Probably my fault for getting the size wrong and choosing a company with poor after sales service. 2nd rad was delivered late as apparently I did not answer phone calls from courier (which of course I did)”

“Good item at good price. However, the item requires a few more photos to give a better view of how it actually looks from different perspectives. Packaging could do with improving to abouts damage. No instructions or guarantee information enclosed.”

“found the product on line and it arrived when they said. Disappointed with the driver who left the pallet on the front path. I am disabled and couldn't move it so was trapped indoors until my husband got home. once unpacked off the pallet it was very light 2 small packages and could have easily been delivered by hand and brought inside. I feel £24 delivery was excessive for this.”

“Order came when it was scheduled for. No physical issues with any of the products, however i didnt like the fact that the driver left the pallette on the road and after asking if he could move it into the property he said he wasnt allowed to do this. had to more this off the road ourselves”

“Tiles are very nice and we are really happy with them. They look great. These are spanish porcelain tiles, very good quality and very durable but very hard to cut if you dont have electric saw. Delivery was a little bit of a let down, we got email advising that driver will give us a call 1 hour prior to the delivery. Unfortutnely it did not happen, when I quizzed driver about him not calling me, he replied that he has no idea why the store keeps telling customers that delivery will be confirmed by a phonecall. He said that they never call customers. Here you are guys, better stay at home when you are expecting delivery, otherwise you might be bitterly disappointed and might risk additional charge. On top of that we ordered two boxes only as it was small DIY project. These were well packed but arrived on the pallet which driver refused to take back. I have a pallet problem now as my car is not big enough to fit it so I will have to dismantle it myself. To summarize quick dispatch of a quality product let down by the the inaccurately described delivery service.”

“I purchased a soft close toilet seat fixing from above the seat. I received it promptly but discovered the expanding screw device far too big to fit so after messing about cutting and sanding the supplied fitting it is in place. Never again. I have three more toilets to sort out and I checked that they all have the same size hole to fix a seat so will not be buying another of these and will get one where I can see before I buy as once unwrapped it seems that a return isn't acceptable.”

“When I received the shower the tray had some small damage on the corner, the driver has wrote it on his copy and i emailed yourselves but nobody has got back to me so I wasn't to happy with that. Thanks D Wood.”

“Selection if products was fine but delivery process was poor. Their couriers of choice were inflexible (hence had to spend all day waiting in) as to delivery time, unlike their obvious rivals.”

“Order process was easy. Shipping charges were astronomical and courier used had awful customer service but obviously this is not entirely Victorian Plumbing’s fault. Overall the item is of good quality, and was easy to fit. Generally happy, however shipping charges and delivery let it down.”

“All items delivered were good quality and as they looked on the website. However I find the company Victorian plumbing use to deliver really poor. That’s twice now they’ve refused to bring a heavy parcel through the door and instead have left it for me, a visibly pregnant woman, to carry it in instead. It would be *very* helpful if they could deliver to inside the house as other large furniture delivery companies do as standard.”

“The unit was nice quality. The toilet is no use to us as it has no cistern. My plumber had problems finding a cistern to fit in the unit. Why did you not supply the unit complete with a cistern compatible with the toilet?”

“Online experience was good, once the order was placed it went silent and took an age to get delivered. Once a delivery date was confirmed, I took a day off work to wait in as they only give a 8am-6pm window, it failed to turn up. Eventually got delivered next working day.”
