“I had 3 deliveries from 3 companies in 1 day. Your delivery was the worst. The guy just wanted to dump the Pali and goods outside my door and go”

“Brought a new close coupled toilet very happy with the toilet, had next to no problems fitting it. I had a slight problem when ordering the toilet as I was unsure what parts come with the toilet. So using the online chat I was asked for the product number which I didn't have and never got answered. Otherwise Great”

“I was tempted to put poor as I was extremely disappointed with the delivery time. I had spent over £600 and didn't want to pay extra for next day delivery but wish I had as it almost took a week for free delivery. Not what I expected at all. On a positive the quality of the goods is very good.”

“Great service until I came to install. They had sent an 1 1/2” waste when and 1 1/4” was required. I haven’t contacted Victorian plumbing about this as just wanted to crack on with the job so went to my local plumbers merchants to get one.”

“For some reason he deliveries come on a pallet which you're then left with to dispose of. No idea how I'm going to do this and seems a massive waste of wood. Never had another company deliver in this way”

“About a week ago I phoned your customer services with one question. Q: what is the distance from the wall to the centre of the shower rose and does it swing through 130 degrees. My aquas aqua maxi x - jet shower cost £319 . R: I don't have that information. I will ring the supplier and email you. I am still waiting for his information !!!”

“i am happy with the products but the delivery system is not great. i had to pay two separate delivery charges for items i ordered on same day. i could not get back into my order to add something i had forgotten to add, therefore had to bare the pain of paying extra delivery charge”

“Item arrived in good time and good condition but the driver left the huge wooden frame on our drive and wouldn't take it back. This wasn't explained to us and I felt this wasn't very helpful.”

“Delivery arrangements and products excellent. Fitting instructions provided with thr enclosure are worse than terrible with several stages of work omitted completely. Fitting instructions should be vetted by Victoria plumbing”
