“What I expected to be honest, but they charge a lot for products and should include delivery”

“Good service form VP call centre, carrier was a bit poor, wrong size vehicle and could not execute clear instructions/guidance so was a couple of days late but delivery driver was very helpful. Assembly instructions could do with improving - not enough written detail and far too small images. Colin”

“The product was falsely advertised It said the shower head was solid brass/ chrome but was plastic Not happy at all with that item But the shower valve I ordered was ok”

“Online order was straight forward. I bought a bathroom suite. However what follows was not ideal. Got a call from diamond distribution a few days after I made the order to organise delivery and they were accommodating although they didn’t have a smaller window for delivery (9-5pm). There was No delivery on Friday I booked. I wasn’t contacted. I called delivery twice. Not able to get through I emailed Victorian plumbing. Got an email on following Monday to say I had a missed delivery that Monday afternoon, but no one had contacted me to expect one. On tues I got a call from diamond distribution to reschedule and I asked why my delivery didn’t arrive on Friday. There was an accident on the road but I was not informed until I asked. I was then promised a delivery before 1pm the following Friday. I called after 1pm and was told within the hour. It came at 3pm with a cracked bath panel. Not sure on quality of the actual bath suite.”

“I am more than satisfied with Victorian Plumbings service and delivery. However, with regards to the product i purchased, the newark 730mm bi fold shower screen doors, I am really disappointed with the design of the fixing brackets. Being a joiner i have fitted hundreds of shower screens over the years, the side fixing brackets usually pertrude wider than the actual doors, allowing you to fix the brackets into the walls from inside the shower. On this particular screen, the brackets are the same width as the door itself, making it near impossible to get the screws in. Covered in silicone i eventually got all 6 screws in after an hour of strugging to keep the screwdriver pressed onto the screw heads while trying not to touch the glass doors. It should of been a really easy quick job and turned out to be very frustrating. Would not recommend these doors.”

“Packaging was in poor condition. It looked like it had been out in the rain for days so when it turned up all the cardboard just fell apart. The toilet had a few damages, Could of been treated better.”

“Product is good, took longer to be delivered than advised and delivery was not good. Tried to deliver in an artic after told they would not be able to access the area in one, they sent a smaller lorry but then tried to drop it 200m from the house because they didn't follow instructions finally got them to deliver it to the right place. Bit annoyed!”

“The tiles were good value for money and arrived promptly. When I found a broken tile in the bottom of a box I contacted but the response was extremely slow and did not take into consideration the inconvenience. I could not hold up the tiles on the job for one replacement tile so he had to patch in which was not ideal. This slow and lukewarm response to problems did spoil what would have otherwise been a 5 star experience.”

“Product was good but instructions were not for the correct radiator or fit for purpose. Delivery was cancelled without warning and then there was no prior notice on the day it did arrive when I was informed there would be.”

“I like Victorian Plumbing products. Purchased an Instant Boiling water Tap, the delivery was fast and after installation am 90 % happy with it. I logged in to chat to a consultant online to see if there could be anything possible to rectify it (a design element - short lever on the tap) making it very difficult to manipulate it. The assistant was very friendly and helpful and undertook to pass me on to a different team member dealing more with the kind of issue I am experiencing. That was now 6 days ago and I'm still waiting !? It could be some small adjustment or replacement of a part that could be fitted to solve the problem. I went to the trouble to take a photo, made a small video clip to demonstrate what I was talking about ... didn't help! Would have been good after-sales service to at least come back to me with some sort of answer.”

“Service and delivery was seamless, but the quality of the product isn't great and has cost me extra in grip fix and plumbers time to fix the rubbish riser kit on the sower tray. Not great when paying a plumber by the hour.”
