“Firm dealt swiftly with my order. Item itself is perfect for my requirement (an easy to hold and use control knob). Instructions were sparse and temperature control was neither screwed up tight nor adjusted to a proper maximum overrideable temperature. Now I’ve dealt with that I’m very happy.”

“I have a fault on the mirror product that I got sent and I have emailed twice and tried to call to resolve and to date I still have had anyone contact me to send the product back, terrible customer service, and I want a complete refund I don’t even want the mirror replacing as I have sourced one from elsewhere. Not the best of experiences”

“Received a broken tap and the process of receiving a refund was absolute chaos and barely useable. I would avoid due to this fact.”

“Absolutely and utterly terrible - sent the item without a part; took ages to even acknowledge that and sent a replacement unit (after we'd agreed to send the part). The replacement unit also was missing the key part. The customer service is non-existent; even in these Co-Vid times...avoid like the plague”
