“Service was good. Website was clear and easy to follow. Ordering process was straightforward. Communication regarding order was good, but there was not information relating to delivery time. It was fortunate that I was in when it arrived.”

“No problem at all with the ordering. Delivery was a disappointment as waited in all afternoon and evening but no message or delivery. Item was delivered next morning at 6.50!! Not a word from the driver- just woke the adjoining neighbours and drove off!! I might order again from Victoria Plumbing but was left feeling let down by the delivery.”

“Toilet Roll Holder - fitting was difficult as the Grub screws had to be tightened with an Allen key. It would be much easier if the screw just had a regular screw slot.”

“Good quality products, easy to assemble and self explanatory instructions. Would have given 5 stars except when an item was out of stock nobody contacted to advise that 1 item was holding up the entire order (2 weeks late) to give the option to split this off and receive the 1 item on a later delivery. Which I got in touch and suggested - which was acted on immediately.”

“Service was excellent, the shower mixer sent through however had water in it, whether it was a unit that had been returned or just from testing as part of manufacturing - not sure. Will give VP benefit of the doubt as the product is fitted and working well.”

“Delivery was very prompt but unfortunately 2 packs of tiles were only wrapped with tape and therefore out of 46 tiles 25 were damaged. However, I contacted customer service and within a day a response came back saying replacement tiles were on there way. These are due tomorrow and hopefully they will be packaged correctly and not damaged.”
