“Very pleased with my new taps. But why is there no Scotland on your map enclosed with them? I already raised this in 2014, never had a reply and the map is still "headless". Not quite good enough for 5 stars.”

“Excellent service my purchase turned up on time – my only gripe is that the cardboard tube packaging was bent in the middle, fortunately the two shower sealant strips were undamaged.”

“Modern and good value range. Delivered promptly. Products appear to be of high quality and installed easily. Slightly annoying that the basin doesn't include fittings and VP didn't appear to sell them. Had to adapt the 'universal' fitting kit bought elsewhere. Courier tracking could be clearer: said 'out for delivery' on Saturday but delivered Monday.”

“Prompt delivery but way over the top packaging using 2 pallets, multiple wooden struts, a ridiculous amount nails and enough plastic wrapping to wreck the planet. I now have the task of disposing if these items which didn’t do the job of protecting the items as the box containing the shower door was damaged. I’ve yet to check whether the door itself is damaged.”
