“I would have given a higher score, but for the fact we were promised a call from the delivery driver an hour or so before his arrival, but no call came. We were only at home on time by chance. The original 8 hour window for us to wait at home was impossible for us. You can’t expect us to take a day of holiday for a delivery.”

“The delivery time for radiator valves kept moving back, it was difficult to plan when I was going to be able to complete the job for the customer. It seemed that there could be a better system to alert customers to delays. Other then that we have been very happy with our other orders.”

“I received delivery of three freestanding baths two of which were poorly packaged within the pallet. The cardboard protection around the outer edge of the baths was very loose and made moving the baths upstairs and into position etc quite difficult.”

“upon receiving the basin and pedestal set I only initially checked the basin which was fine. When the plumber came to install the new basin this week I noticed that the pedestal was in a thousand pieces. Lucky I kept the old pedestal which fit. Was not happy to say the least.”

“Product was fine but when it arrived we removed it from the postal packaging to find the product packaging was filthy, it appeared as though it had been on a shelf collecting dust and grime for a very long time! Surprised that the handler packed it in such a dirty state. Disappointing, last purchase we will make with company due to storage procedures which are clearly not appropriate.”

“Website worked well for ordering and goods arrived on time. However, the returns system doesn’t work on my iPhone. Had to contact the chat line to find out about returns and then about where to send the parcel as the first link didn’t take me very far. Not impressed.”

“Delivery and item as described, stickers on product very hard to remove and, the glue with the product was basically useless as, rock solid in its own tube, due to the cold weather or age of adhesive? Any way, it's fitted and working, if it stays in place without the glue, time will tell.”

“Don’t go near this company you have a much chance of winning lottery as winning an argument spent one hr on phone .paid for goods on 5 th of dec giving me a date early January and goods are less than 40 miles away would be quicker going getting it in wheelbarrow.They keep you on line hoping you hang up,if you phone order line put through within couple of minutes .Try phoning with a complaint just take the rest of day off”

“Like dealing with a very annoyed old uncle! Of course, the bath rack came quickly, but it didn't fit well over bath, so I had to return. Here come the problems: The rule and regulations to return a small item was laughable and annoying, I feel for the ppl who have ordered large items. All in all I pd £16.80 with all the shipping charges and got refunded the £9.95....I look at all receipts and the taxes don't tally..............Too bad as my bath is getting done up now. No more Victorian Plumbing orders from me.”
