“The product is fine. Delivery was a let down. I received a tracking number when it was dispatched. The tracking told me it would arrive on Tuesday - I arranged for somebody to be home on this day. On the Monday at 5:30 pm I had a missed call and VM message to say that the delivery company wanted to arrange a date for delivery. I called back several time before 6pm, nobody answered so I left a VM message to say that I had arranged to accept the delivery on the Tuesday as stated on the tracking system. When I checked the tracking afterwards the item had been removed from the lorry and rescheduled for delivery on 1/1/2020. I called back the next morning as I had heard nothing. I was told that they needed to speak with me before sending the item out for delivery and it wouldn't be delivered today - the day originally stated on tracking! It begs the question, what is the use of the tracking system? The item was delivered on the following day. We cleared an area in our hallway but the driver said "he was not allowed inside our house". The item was left on the drive. Packing for the item was grossly oversize and excessive for the size of the item.. It was strapped to 2 pallets with lengths of wood each side supporting and joining the pallets together. This was all then wrapped in a plastic sheet/ clingfilm material. We are two pensioners who struggled to unpack the item to bring it inside and were then left with a monstrosity of a pallet to dispose of. The pallet was too wide to fit down the path at the side of the house so it had to remain on the front drive until I could get some help to break it up for transportation to the local tidy tip.”

“The equipment was good and the delivery was prompt. But I only found out the weight of the delivery and the fact that the delivery would not be brought into the property, once I had made the purchase. That could stop me returning.”

“Service was fast and items arrived reasonably quickly. Products were good quality and I was happy. Delivery charges to Northern Ireland are ridiculous considering it costs exactly the same to send goods here as to the rest of the UK with Royal Mail (which is how they were delivered). It is hardly some obscure island! It would definitely make me think twice before ordering again.”

“Great items and website easy to use but there was no warning for delivery, no email, text or call to say what day it was being delivered. Not a clue when it was arriving at all. Poor communication, it was pot luck that someone was in to sign for it.”

“Whilst the time frame and delivery were excellent, the actual shower tray fittings have been a bit of a nightmare. They are not solid and in turn make the tray move once it is stood on. We have had to construct our own base for the shower tray, and this has taken us far longer than we anticipated when buying a new shower enclosure and tray. I just hope that the shower enclosure is better made to fit the tray.”

“Ordering the bath panel was easy and exactly what I was looking for. However when I received the delivery the packaging had fragile stickers all over, unfortunately there was a tear on the box going through to the inner packaging and there was also foot print marks on one side. Clear evidence the fragile stickers were not taken into consideration.”

“The details provided on the website do not explain that the tap needs a bracing plate for secure fitting to a stainless steel sink. The fitting instructions with the tape say you do but it isn't included and there is no guidance on what to buy. The tap unit itself is decent enough.”

“Happy with the goods. Well packed to avoid damage. Wall cabinet not fitted yet. Toilet seat very difficult to secure but good once fitted. Delivery man gave no notice of his impending arrival despite swearing that he had sent a message. He was then impatient that I had to put my dogs away. I was just going out the door upon his arrival to walk them as I had no idea of a delivery time. He was extremely rude when asked not to drive the pallet over the flower bed. Then he wanted to abandon it in the middle of the driveway preventing access to vehicles. He then watched an elderly woman carry the items into the house and refused to help. It was everyone's fault but his! If I hadn't received a message it was because he had been given poor equipment not that he hadn't actually sent it. Drove over the flower bed because of the rubbish jack he had been given not because he was in a rush and couldn't be bothered to do the job properly or nicely. Don't think I have ever been spoken to so awfully by a Delivery man.”

“I ordered a new bathroom tap, but when my plumber arrived to fit it, it had German fittings, which are different to UK fittings. There was no mention of this in the description.”
