“Basin and vanity unit arrived pre built but quality and finish was poor and had to dismantle and reassemble it due to gaps. Didn’t really align with the sink. Tap came with a basin waste which was thin and flimsy and wouldn’t seal so had to buy another. Wish I’d seen it prior to purchase. Disappointing.”

“I just got my electric shower. the water pressure is good but the heater does not meet expectations as the hot water is not hot and it the water pressure on hot water is very poor. I might send it back if it doesn't improve with usage”

“ORD- 0001397101-2122020 Try answering my email of yesterday first. IN fact try answering any of my emails. (re-printed below). This order was placed on the 14th May. I was careful to only select items showing as in stock and noted your standard delivery time for in stock items as 2 - 7 days. It is now may 29th, 11 working days later, and still not one item on this order has been delivered. Apparently the Duke 1695 bath was out of stock which was holding the whole order up. Interestingly your webs on Friday showed this item as in stock available for delivery on the 28th. You agreed last week to release the stock items and I can see the order has been split. The order part with 3 items is still showing this morning no activity and no expected delivery date. The order part with the 1 item showed yesterday on your tracking system a delivery of the 29th. This morning it showed the 31st. Your tracking system does not appear to working right now. You are one-promising and under-delivering. And you don’t answer emails. Come back to me with some feedback please. Mal Husk 075 9248 5312”

“unfortuntately we have had a poor experience . 1st booked order to come and paid for 2 man special delivery. i was called and a message left , before i got a chance to call and arrange I recieved notification that it would be sent next day , we could not take delivery for 3 weeks. called and was assured it would not be delivered and guys turned up anyway and we had to turn them away. we got bill to start finance which we cancelled which was a nightmare to change and was due delivery which was arranged for couple of weeks...didnt get an email so called and was assured it would be there. surprise it wasnt ...had to wait a further 2 weeks and no email but called to check again assured it would be there which it was missing a sink a tap and 2 other items. had to call again and was sent out for couple of days later. in the meantime our house is chaos and we have had to wait for plumber etc to fit us in. very poor.”

“Please note you have to pay £25+ for delivery but they do not bring it into the house. We bought a radiator and it was left wrapped on an enormous pallet in the drive. You are then left with a pallet to dispose of.”

“Goods were ok, but the way it was shipped was poor to ridiculous. The door arrived upright on two pallets, set at 90 degrees, with struts part of which had penetrated the cardboard packing. The driver dumped it on the drive and told my wife it was her problem now. I had to get out of work and come home to get it in the house. I then had two pallets to dispose of. If it was going on a pallet then fine, but flat and not two nailed together with ring nails that are more or less impossible to remove... good enough for a building site yes, for a domestic delivery no.”

“There was tape on the whirlpool bath and it stuck so solid it took my wife 2 hours to get the stickiness off. I understand the protection factor but why use something that causes so many problems? The pallet was left outside our gate and no offer of help. Not sure I would order from this place again.”

“Am pleased with the item but not with the delivery, not only charged 25 quid but then it never arrived. Impossible to call Victorian plumbing on the phone, was 7 in queue then 8 in queue and up and down, finally got through by chat , Jorden wasn't apologetic at all, very slow for responses and finally sent me the delivery phone number. Rang them, they were extremely rude on the phone and did actually deliver the next day so over 2 weeks. Wasn't happy.”

“A very impressive range of products online but disappointing information. When I ordered the items were in stock. I checked three weeks later to find the delivery date was eight weeks as out of stock. If I’d known that I would have ordered elsewhere. I had to cancel and the phone call was very apologetic from the company. I suggest letting the customer know a delivery date by text or email a few days after date of order. So that way the client can shop around. The Radiator delivery was efficient and looks wonderful.”

“I was really disappointed with the delivery of my items. At no point was I informed that my items would be left outside my house on the pavement and not brought into my home. Being 8 months pregnant I had no way of getting my items into the house without contacting my father to leave work and come and do it for me. The delivery driver was rude also”
