“The item we ordered came speedily though a part was broken. I suspect this broke in transit. Unfortunately, because I hadn't opened and checked the item immediately i didn't feel i could contact you to ask for a replacement part as you stipulate that you need to be told with a certain time scale from delivery. We didn't open the box for over a week. You cover yourselves well but i feel a bit disappointed as the customer with a broken part to the light”

“I found the choice of similar toilets on the website quite confusing - indeed they might have been identical, who knows? The one I chose - comfort height for my elderly mum - arrived promptly and the delivery guy was polite and helpful. When it came to fitting it was evident that it didn't come with fixings for the floor, and we replaced the cistern innards for better quality items. That all said, I'm pleased with the toilet and it was a very good price.”

“Customer service was good but the only downside was the delivery time of the shower, said it was in stock but it actually came from the manufacturer and no one seemed to be able to say when it would arrive and then with no warning it was delivered- so happy days arrived before the plumber- just!”

“The only disappointment was to find that the bath didn't have any feet. These are essential, not "customers who bought this bath often bought feet too". It should be made clear that they have to be bought with the bath in order to install it. I had to pay an extra £9.95 to have the feet delivered the next day so the plumber could get on with the job. Otherwise I would have rated you "very good"”

“Easy to use website. Good description of items. I was worried about the 'kerbside' delivery as the property is well off the beaten track, in fact I wouldn't have ordered and paid for my goods had I known beforehand. No problems though, driver was polite and helpful. Linda”
