“As an ordinary inexperienced bathroom refurbishing member of the public I eventually found the wide scope and facility of the Victorian Plumbing search engine a very helpful and useful tool in selecting the range of equipment and kit for my bathroom refurb job. My only criticism was the unacceptably long wait in a telephone queue to speak to a member of customer services after I had received my pallet size order.”

“Good service. However, the pallet delivery was a bit over the top. You're left with having to take apart the pallet structure so you can get it in a car and to a tip. Happy with the radiator. Looks very stylish.”

“Easy to use website with pointer recommendations of extra items you may need for your sanitary ware. Lots of communication on delivery date/times and a very friendly driver who called in advance to arrange a delivery time to suit me.”

“Excellent product and customer service. A bit let down by the delivery guys (twice now) grumpy because we had a steep driveway and refused to bring delivery across gravel which meant leaving it on a neighbours drive and telling me 'well it's yours now!'”

“Having ordered a similar product previously I was pleased to find a replacement. Ordering system, packing and despatch all fine but I didn’t receive notification as to expected delivery and package was left on doorstep with cardboard outer slightly damaged as if someone was trying to see contents. Luckily I returned home shortly after but this wasn’t as expected and needs to be tightened up with better communication. Otherwise perfectly satisfied with product and transaction”

“Good range, service and value. I ordered a set of bi-fold shower doors which came on a vertical pallet - there's a lot of wood to get rid of. The instructions were very poor and left out a couple of key items, like the magnetic door strips which fortunately, I had found out about by reading a previous review. Still had to come up with my own 'fix' to secure the second wall upright with the door frame in place. A video on the website would be helpful.”
