“products seem great - just installed them today. Marked down a star as the delivery process was a little complicated which meant we ended up with a pallet on our doorstep that we then needed to dispose of - and they arrived a day later than planned too, but no biggie really.”

“I do up and sell on properties so order suites regularly. We ordered everything from our taps to accessories and bathroom suite in one big order for the first time. Everything arrived on time and nothing was missing (which is a small ask, but have got it horribly wrong when ordering from competitors) props to the team for a great delivery tracking system. Will be back for sure on the the next one.”

“Ordering was easy, product’s good. Full bathroom ordered at good price. Products received on pallet well packed with no damaged items. Delivery company could have been more obliging, no notice and unable to estimate a delivery time. Had to re arrange the delivery. Overall a good service”

“The products and transactions with Victorian Plumbing were good, however, the delivery company weren’t great. They said they tried to deliver the items and couldn’t find the address, however, we’ve never had a problem with this before with other delivery companies or them. When I got in contact with them about this (via email, as this seemed to be the only option) they didn’t reply until the items were redelivered the next day.”
