“A good range of quality products which are dispatched and delivered within a short amount of time. The one criticism I'd have is that having made 2 separate orders and paying 2 x delivery charges, my order actually came on the same pallet. Given that the delivery truck was already coming to my house, it might have been nice for VP to refund one of my delivery charges.”

“Three days before delivery we found out ithe shower screen was going to be delivered on a palett which was not suitable with the restricted access we had so we tried to change the delivery address. I gave up waiting to try and do this on the phone so I emailed and got an automated reply that I would receive a response in 72 hours - too late. but when the delivery driver phoned re the delivery he was more than helpful about the redirection to a nearby address.”
