“Living in a rental, and the loo seat broke. Tried everywhere to get a replacement, but nothing fitted the Ideal loo's V wide fittings. Victorian plumbing to the rescue! V easy to order and efficient delivery.”

“Whilst I’m happy with Victoria Plumb and your website. Your choice of courier DX drastically let’s you down. I live in Wakefield. Paid for delivery. Agreed a delivery date. To be told by DX on the day having booked a day off work that they’d delivered it to their Wolverhampton depot and not Leeds so had to cancel my delivery. This meant a week delay and rearranging days off and also the plumber who I’d booked to install my bath. DX are shocking and if you continue to use them I would look to go elsewhere based on them alone.”
