“Simple to navigate website and products arrived as described. Small thing - I would have liked to see a picture of the toilet seat 'quick release' function as different to what I expected however still works well. Nice to get a phone call about delivery too as easier than just getting an email telling you when it's coming”

“My order was delivered correctly on time or ahead of time. The reason for only four stars was the difficulty I had in finding the right seat on the website. It would have been helpful to have plugged in the dimensions and shape to whittle down the suitable seats rather than look at each one only to discover it wasn't the right fit.”

“We ordered a bath and fittings which proved good value for money compared to other companies and found the website really helpful in ensuring we got everything we needed - the recommended add ons were particularly helpful for the extras needed for a freestanding bath. Delivery was quick and the driver was really helpful at putting this where we wanted it. I would have been happier if we were not charged for the second delivery given the total amount spent and was disappointed by the gloss finish on the bath which could have been specified in the description.”

“Ordered a bathroom suite of L shaped bath with shower screen, toilet & sink basin with vanity unit. Also added some fancy taps I shopped around first but what i paid at victorian plumbing price couldn't be beaten, the taps alone were nearly 50% cheaper than the main DIY stores. Also free delivery made it even better. All the products seem very good quality and came as advertised. Delivery arrived a day later than i was told but this was down to local delivery company & not victorian plumbing. Overall a very satisfied customer”

“We were extremely pleased with ease of ordering, the products but only downside was the kerbside delivery. Pallet was too heavy to be brought in by 2 people, received no assistance with this. Delivery outside of a mid terrace home v difficult. Had to dispose of pallet ourselves but too large to fit in car so had to use a saw to cut it apart and dispose of. Would pay for the diamond delivery in future if was made aware of all of this prior to ordering as did not envisage this.”

“They have good variety of stuck however on certain things it would be useful to have more dimensions for example on certain thermostatic bar showers it doesn’t always stay the night from center of valve to top off the overhead. They’re delivery company ain’t the best, I believe mine was delivered by pallet force uk and they put up a massive argument because they didn’t want to unload my items off the pallet as I didn’t want the pallet.”

“Good service and delivery . Probably not great for a small shower cubicle as takes up quite a bit of ceiling space so you can’t get away from the spray easily but looks good.”
