“I am pleased with the goods I ordered from Victorian Plumbing, the prices are reasonable and it was even better for the first order as it was free delivery. The second order wasn’t free delivery, and I thought £24.95 was quite expensive for one item. Also, I was told the delivery company would phone me first to arrange a suitable date and time, however I did not receive any call and I was just luck that I was in that day. However, the things I ordered were fine, and as described, so all in all I am happy with the service.”

“The shower door was straight forward to fit. However the instructions covered parts for a different variant. Also when instruction is for drilling a hole it should always state bit size. On one occasion it does on the other you had to look at the parts list to figure it out”

“Just ordered a new toilet seat to replace one on our original Victorian plumbing toilet. We had to buy that one due to the shape of the toilet. It arrived very promptly but was a bit difficult to fit. I hope it lasts longer than the last one.”
